These terms cover the EQUA website and the EQUA: Music Visuals iPhone app. They are a launch draft and should receive final legal review before publication.

Using EQUA
EQUA provides tools for creating music visuals from media you choose. You must have the rights needed to use, edit, export, and publish that media.

Local media
Audio, artwork, project media, analysis data, and rendered videos are processed locally in the iPhone app. Optional account sync is limited to project configuration data and does not back up your source media.

Subscriptions
EQUA Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices and terms shown by the App Store at purchase time control.

Your exports
You retain rights in the media and original content you provide. EQUA does not claim ownership of your projects or exported videos.

Availability
Features may evolve, and local or hosted services may occasionally be unavailable. Keep your own copies of source media and finished exports.

Acceptable use
Do not use EQUA to infringe rights, distribute unlawful material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.
