EQUA is built around local media processing. This policy explains what stays on your device and which limited services are involved when you use subscriptions, updates, or the website.

What stays on your device

Tracks, artwork, project drafts, waveform analysis, rendered videos, and the local free-export counter are processed and stored on your iPhone. EQUA does not upload your source media or rendered videos to its servers.

Subscriptions

Apple processes purchases and payment information. EQUA uses RevenueCat to check subscription status and restore purchases. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and entitlement information, and limited device and app diagnostics needed to provide that service. EQUA does not receive your full payment-card details.

Updates and service data

The app may request a small public configuration document to determine whether an app update is required. Our website and hosting providers may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser or app version, and error information for security and reliability.

Deleting data

You can delete a project from its editor. This removes its local project record and managed local media when no other project uses that media. You can remove the app to delete its remaining local app data. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase records under their own policies and legal obligations.

Sharing and sale

EQUA does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to deliver purchases, updates, hosting, security, and support, or when required by law.

Children

EQUA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as EQUA gains new features. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. For a privacy request, use the developer support contact shown on EQUA’s App Store listing.
